We're always happy to hear from you, but we know sometimes you just want an answer. Here is a collection of answers to the most often-asked questions.

"I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?"
An address cannot be edited after it has already shipped. We recommend contacting the shipping service to see if they are able to assist you further. If an address is incorrect and a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue you a refund. If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, place a new order.

"I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?"
After a customer receives the order confirmation to their email, the contents of the order cannot be changed. We recommend you place another order for the correct item and return the incorrect item upon receiving.

"There was a design on your site but now I can't find it. Do you still have it?"
We actually might. We have an in-house team of designers that creates all our designs and we print every single design on demand. Meaning, as soon as you order your item, we print it for you. So, just email our customer service team with a detailed explanation of the design in terms of what it said, what garment and color it was on and whatever else you remember about it and we'll see what we can do!

"Where do I use my coupon code I received in an email?"
When you place an order through our site, you enter our secure Shopify checkout service. There you will find a field asking for a "Gift card of discount code" in which you can type your code and apply the discount. Simple as that! If your code has expired or has been typed in incorrectly you will get an error message prompting you to double check your code.

"Can I apply a coupon code to my order after it has already been placed?"
Our promotions are time, place, and sometimes product specific. We do not offer retroactive discounts towards an order you've already placed.

"How can I exchange or return something?"

"I received the incorrect item. What do I do?"
Although it is rare, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact cs@theinstantmessage.com, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
